What you can return, how damage claims work, and how refunds get issued.
Florals, cakes, and food products are styled close to dispatch and have a short shelf life. They're not returnable once delivered, but we replace any item that arrives wilted, bruised, or visibly damaged — see below.
If something arrives damaged, broken, or materially different from the photo we approved with you, send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp. We'll either replace the affected items free of charge or issue a partial refund — whichever you prefer.
Approved refunds are processed back through your original payment channel within 5–7 working days. For bank transfer payments, we refund to the same account number you sent the advance from.
Custom briefs (engraved keepsakes, photo prints, branded packaging, named gift cards) match the design and copy you approved before production. These are not eligible for refund unless we made a production error.
You can cancel a confirmed order for a full refund within 2 hours of placement, or before we've started production — whichever is earlier. After production begins, partial refunds may apply depending on what's already been styled.
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the issue. We acknowledge during business hours and aim to resolve every refund request within 7 working days.
