Shipping & delivery.

We ship across Pakistan. Same-day delivery is available in Faisalabad on working days for orders confirmed before 2 PM. Every other city receives next-day priority shipping via Trax or Leopards.

Same-day in-city windows are 4pm–9pm. Next-day cities typically receive between 11am and 5pm. We confirm a tighter window once the courier picks up.

Friday is our off day. Orders placed on Friday are styled and dispatched the following working day.

After your order is placed, our team contacts you within an hour to reconfirm details. Order confirmation proceeds after a partial advance bank transfer (typically 50%) — this lets us secure florals, packaging, and add-ons before dispatch.

Delivery is free on every order across Pakistan. Shipping and service charges are already included in displayed product totals — the price you see is the price you pay, with nothing added at delivery and nothing paid to the courier on receipt. Same-day in-city delivery is available where the cutoff allows; long-haul orders ship via our courier partners (Trax / Leopards) at no extra charge.

Every styled order is photographed before it leaves us. We share the photo via WhatsApp or email for your approval — usually within 30 minutes of pickup.

Provide a reachable phone number and accurate address. If the recipient is unavailable on the first attempt, redelivery may incur a small additional charge (PKR 200–400 depending on city). For surprise deliveries, share a backup contact in case the recipient can't be reached.

We don't ship internationally directly, but we deliver overseas-paid orders to recipients in Pakistan. Pay in PKR via international bank transfer or Wise — message us on WhatsApp for the account details.
