We deliver across Pakistan. Same-day delivery is available only in Faisalabad on working days when orders are placed before approximately 3:00-4:00 PM.

This policy explains delivery coverage, confirmation flow, shipping charges, and handoff expectations for storefront orders.
Working schedule
Friday is our off day. Orders and delivery requests received on Friday are processed on the next working day.
Order verification
After your order is placed, our team contacts you to reconfirm details. Order confirmation starts after a partial advance payment (commonly around 50%).
Shipping charges
Shipping is not free and is not included in the displayed product total. Charges depend on destination, package size, and weight, and are generally paid directly by the customer to the courier company.
Preview before dispatch
To build trust and keep details aligned, we share product photos/videos with customers before dispatch whenever the order setup allows.
Delivery handoff
For successful handoff, provide a reachable phone number and accurate address. If the recipient is unavailable, redelivery coordination may incur additional charges.
