Orders placed through checkout are subject to operational confirmation, product availability, and delivery feasibility. We reserve the right to decline orders that can't be styled to a quality we'd ship — refunds are issued in those cases within 48 hours.

We do not accept cash on delivery. After your order is placed, our team reaches out within an hour to reconfirm details, and order confirmation proceeds after a partial advance bank transfer (typically 50%). The remainder settles before dispatch.

We deliver across Pakistan. Same-day delivery is available in Faisalabad on working days for orders placed before 2 PM. Other cities receive next-day priority shipping via Trax or Leopards.

Friday is our off day. Orders placed on Friday are styled and dispatched the following working day.

Delivery is free on every order across Pakistan — shipping and the service charge are already included in each product price, so nothing is added at delivery and nothing is paid to the courier on receipt. Same-day inner-city delivery is offered where the cutoff allows; long-haul orders are dispatched via our courier partners at no extra cost to you.

Custom briefs (names, colour moods, photo prints, branded packaging) are agreed in writing — usually via WhatsApp — before production begins. We share a photo of the styled gift before dispatch for your approval.

We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information. In the rare event of a pricing error, we'll contact you to confirm or refund before dispatching.

Service liability is limited to the order value where legally permissible, excluding delays or disruption from events outside operational control (courier strikes, weather, force majeure).

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are flagged via the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
