Where do you deliver?
Same-day in Faisalabad on orders before 2 PM. Delivery in 3–5 working days nationwide via Trax / Leopards.
Can I customise the gift?
Yes. Share a budget, colour mood, and any specifics in the customisation field at checkout, or send a brief on WhatsApp and a real person replies within minutes (10am–11pm PKT).
How do I pay?
We confirm orders with a 50% advance or full payment by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa. The remainder settles before dispatch. We don’t offer cash on delivery. This lets us keep prices fair and quality consistent.
